If your agency wants you to commit to a service contract you need to ask them to explain why. We’ve heard many horror stories of clients needing to mortgage their homes to pay for expensive service agreements that fall well short of all the grand promises made during the initial sales pitch. Once a client has been locked in, many agencies simply don’t deliver on the agreed service levels, and more importantly, the results that they had guaranteed.
